Appleton Company ("DACOM"). This agreement enables the two companies to work jointly to provide customers with eBusiness solutions, which create more efficient employees, more loyal customers and stronger partnerships. As part of the agreement, DACOM will integrate KnowledgeTrack's enterprise portal platform, KnowledgeCenter™, with its e-business solutions, WorkNets™ and WorkNet Agents™.
